[Linux] Imagemagickとimlib2

双方ともにPerlから呼べ、かつソースの書き換えは比較的容易でした(Resizeは、imlib2にはそのままジャストな関数は無いけどcreate_scaled_imageで)。
Resizeとcropを繰り返すバッチで比較した結果、ImageMagickよりは約25%程、imlib2のほうが速かったです。
