[Linux] tcpフォワード

Firewallの設定変更を人に依頼する必要があるとき，今空いているポートを使ってなんとか通信をさせたくなることなどが，，ままあります．

これには下記tcpxdというやつか，jumpgateというのを使うと便利です(半分以上備忘録です)．
